Ingredients for making Sweet Fried Sprinkle Crackers:
1 cup of sugar (160 grams)
1 pinch of salt
4 small eggs
3 cups of sweet powder
How to make Fried Sweet Sprinkle Biscuits:
Start by sifting the powder and sugar into a bowl. Add eggs one at a time while mixing. When you have finished adding the eggs, continue mixing the dough until you have a rolling point without sticking.
Tip: Depending on the size, only 3 eggs may be needed. Check the dough point after adding each egg and mixing well.
After hitting the dot, shape the dough of the sweet sprinkle biscuit in the shape of a doughnut, as in the photograph.
In a saucepan, add enough oil to cover the biscuits and cook over medium heat. When it's hot but not too hot, put the cookies to fry without filling the pan.
Turn the cookies over and when they are evenly browned, remove and let it drain on paper towels.
Tip: Don't let the oil get too hot, that's what makes the cookies pop.
